MultiView Catalyst® Support

Installation Tips

For a successful MultiView Catalyst installation you must install these three main components in the following order:

1. MultiView License Manager
   This product must be installed first, in one of two locations. It can be installed either onto the same computer as the one on which you are intending to install the MultiView Catalyst Server, or on to a different one.
2. MultiView 2000
   This is a core component which you must install on the Server that is intended to be used as the MultiView Catalyst Server. A single workstation license of MultiView 2000 is supplied when MultiView Catalyst is purchased, this should be used for this installation only.
3. MultiView Catalyst
   Finally this should be installed on the same Server as the single copy of MultiView 2000. MultiView Catalyst Server is supported on Windows NT 4 Server or Windows 2000 Server.
