These links sometimes fail to update. This is known problem with MS Word. 5.7 Browse causing installation failure with Windows 98 With the Microsoft NetWare client running, it has been found that using the Browse button to select an installation folder causes Setup to fail. 5.8 Adding an LPR port from a WTS client It is not possible to add an LPR port from a Windows Terminal Server client. This operation must be performed by and Administrative user logged on to the console. 5.9 Un-installing from a shared installation When trying to un-install a shared network installation, the un-install should be run from the Add/Remove Programs option in Control Panel. 5.10 Installation of MultiView 2000 from UNC paths to NetWare volumes There maybe problems with installation of MultiView 2000 from UNC paths to NetWare volumes. A workaround, is to specify the location of the MultiView 2000 component in the path, as some MS applications look in the path and not the shell. 5.12 No error message when -p already exists When using ghost printing within Host Support, if the /dev entry already exists the new -p printer name is not created, and no error message is given. 5.13 Modem connection dropped when using Host Support When using Host Support with a modem connection, if you have any other connections also using Host Support, the modem connection is dropped. 5.14 Not able to save multiple .zzt's If you have multiple instances of the same zzt open using Host Support, you are only able to save changes in the first zzt opened. ================================================================================ 6.0 Technical Support For prompt and effective service, please be sure to include your company name, address, any applicable phone (or fax) numbers, name and version number of the product for which you need support.
