THIS PATCH MUST ONLY BE USED WITH MultiView 2000 v4.2 AND AS SUCH ONLY
FIXES PROBLEMS FOUND AT THIS RELEASE.

NOTE 3:

BACKWARD COMPATIBILITY IS NOT SUPPORTED, AND AS SUCH FILES CREATED ON A
POST PATCH VERSION OF MultiView 2000 v4.2, CANNOT BE USED ON A PRE PATCH VERSION.

NOTE 4:

PATCH 2 REPLACES PATCH 1, ALL ISSUES FIXED IN PATCH 1 ARE ALSO FIXED IN PATCH 2.
