Also, a precompiled binary has been supplied with the filename of "mouse", this was compiled on a SCO system. ================================================================================ 2.0 Installation To test this application simple copy the contents of this directory to a UNIX system, ensuring that the file "mouse" is transferred as binary. You may simply run this precompiled executable or build your own by using the supplied makefile. ================================================================================ 3.0 Instructions for Use For this functionality to work, you must use MultiView 2000's Terminal Emulator when running the executable on the remote system. The application can be run in two modes: Mode 1 simply reports all mouse operation performed over the emulator's window. You should see this reported in text format. Command Line "mouse" Mode 2 is a basic drawing application written for SCO UNIX systems. The application simply processes the received mouse messages into cursor motion, and character drawing.
