These notes contain last-minute information that may affect your use of the files. ================================================================================ Contents 1.0 Introduction 2.0 Installation 3.0 Instructions for Use 4.0 Technical Support ================================================================================ 1.0 Introduction This directory contains a sample VB program to show a working example of DDE with the MultiView 2007 Terminal Emulator. ================================================================================ 2.0 Installation a) Create a working directory. b) Copy all of the files from this directory to your working directory. ================================================================================ 3.0 Instructions for Use If your MultiView 2007 installation directory is "C:\Program Files\MultiView\MultiView 2007\" (default), start with step c; otherwise, start with step a. a) Load Visual Basic version 4. b) Open the make file m2007dde.mak. c) In the module DDE.BAS edit the (General) (declarations) section, change the constant INSTALL_PATH to locate your installation directory. NOTE: Ensure the specified path ends in a single slash character "\ d) Instruct Visual Basic to create the project executable "M2007DDE.EXE".
