FutureSoft(R) - Multiview Products SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU, THE RECIPIENT, AND FUTURESOFT, INC. BY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE INCLUDED WITH THIS LICENSE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU CANNOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, USE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO DECLINE AND RETURN THE SOFTWARE TO FUTURESOFT. THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED IN ELECTRONIC FORM AND ANY FURTHER RELEASES ARE COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT AND INCLUDED IN THE TERM "Software". 1. LICENSE When you purchase and install Multiview 2007, FutureSoft grants you the right to use this copy of the software program and all related materials, including written materials, binders and other containers (hereinafter the "Software") on a single computer system (i.e. a single CPU). If you install this Software for evaluation purposes, you will have 15 days from the date of installation, solely to test its functionality, for the purpose of deciding whether to purchase the Software. You may only have the Software loaded and utilized on a single computer system at any point in time. You own the magnetic or other physical media on which the Software is recorded, but FutureSoft retains ownership of the Software. You agree to use reasonable efforts to protect the Software from unauthorized use, modification, reproduction, distribution and publication. The Software is copyrighted, and all rights therein are reserved by FutureSoft. When you purchase and install Multiview Server Edition, FutureSoft grants you the right to use this copy of the software program and all related materials, including written materials, binders and other containers (hereinafter the "Software") on a server system supporting the number of concurrent sessions purchased from FutureSoft. If you install this Software for evaluation purposes, you will have 15 days from the date of installation, solely to test its functionality, for the purpose of deciding whether to purchase the Software. You own the magnetic or other physical media on which the Software is recorded, but FutureSoft retains ownership of the Software. You agree to use reasonable efforts to protect the Software from unauthorized use, modification, reproduction, distribution and publication. The Software is copyrighted, and all rights therein are reserved by FutureSoft. 2. COPY RESTRICTIONS You may make up to three (3) copies of the Software for backup purposes only. You must include the copyright notice on all backup copies. The copying of accompanying written materials is expressly forbidden. Any alteration, modification or adaptation of the Software, including, but not limited to, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembly or the creation of derivative works, is prohibited. 3. TRANSFER The Software is licensed to you only, and this License is non-transferable. You may not transfer any copy of the Software to any other person. 4. UPDATES FutureSoft may create updated versions of the Software. At their option, FutureSoft may make available such updates to those customers who are registered users and are covered under a Support and Maintenance Agreement. 5. LIMITED WARRANTY FutureSoft warrants the media on which the software programs are recorded to be free of defects for a period of thirty (30) days from the effective date of this agreement, and will replace without charge the media and recorded software programs if returned within the 30 day period, provided you are a registered user. FUTURESOFT PROVIDES THE SOFTWARE "AS IS" WITH NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
