DynaComm i:scan® 5.1 Patch

This patch file includes the following corrections:

P1.1 Fixed - File exclusions in a file scan were ignored.

P1.2 Fixed - Long file names were truncated in a move or copy function in a file scan. Restore functions were then also disabled.

After installation of this patch:

Each client service, including the client service on the server component system, must be upgraded. The client will automatically upgrade itself or you can manually upgrade the client through the Client Management topic. When the installation and upgrade are complete, the client version displays 5,1,0,1 in the Client Management window.

Instructions:
  1. Close the DynaComm i:scan console.
  2. Click here to download the patch file which is a self extracting EXE.
  3. Place the patch file in the DynaComm i:scan program folder.
  4. Double-click the patch file. You will be prompted to overwrite two files. Say "yes' to each prompt.
  5. Contact FutureSoft support if you have any problems downloading or working with the patch file.
