FutureSoft, Inc. today announced the release of its electronic file surveillance tool, DynaComm i:scan, which enables organizations to track content across their data-space, both on Windows systems and file servers.

DynaComm i:scan enables organizations to locate and categorize any file, anywhere on their network. Searches can be scheduled to run at any time, day or night, and documents can be categorized by keyword content using proprietary language analyzing technology.

DynaComm i:scan can also create individual file signatures, which can then be used to track and identify proprietary information as it moves throughout the network. These signatures may also be used by DynaComm i:mail to prevent sensitive data from being e-mailed outside of the organization.
