Due to our recent database maintenance, please perform the following update outlined below to update the PointGuard server. These steps are necessary to continue obtaining further updates.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Turn off the following options on the PointGuard server console from, Tools/Options/Settings:
*Automatically push new installations to clients
*Perform daily database maintenance
*Perform daily database update check
2. Close console and stop the "World Wide Web Publishing Service"
3. Update the Server with, ftp://ftp.futuresoft.com/Downloads/PG/Database%20Update/Pointguard Database Update.msi
4. Once the server has been updated, you can manually run the update from Tools/Update, or wait until the scheduled nightly updates to get the latest PointGuard updates from our website. Turn back on the options disabled in Step # 1 after successful update.
